Do you put your crumb coated cake in the fridge, or leave it out on the counter until it's ready to be covered in fondant?
FWIW, I want to crumb coat my cake on Wednesday, then cover in fondant on Thursday.

Store it in the fridge and seal it well with some saran wrap.
Do you saran wrap the crumb coated cake or the fondant covered cake?
i only refrigerate if there is a perishable filling. If no perishable filling then i keep it on the counter.
