Any tips, hints or tricks for making a hair style for a sugar paste bride> It is turning out not to be as easy as it looks, even with an extruder.

Thx

Hair down: when exruding (using spaghetti type disc) take one end and squeeze together in a line and attach to crown of head. Let fall down each side of head.
Hair up: squeeze together on crown and let some drop to nape. Take sharp knife and cut on angle and lightly press into nape so it looks like its growing out of head.
Add some bangs or for the look of pulled back from forehead take the "hair" that you've cut on an angle and attach at forehead, again lightly pressing. Take the rest of it and wrap it around itself on top of head.
Wow - very hard to explain.
I do have a spaghetti head on my ballerina cake.
