Hi! I have a recipe for Pavlova and it is asking for "superfine sugar". I can't find it anywhere. Its a recipe from Northern Ireland and originally asked for "castor" sugar but I found out its the same as superfine!

Now if I could only find superfine! Anybody familiar with it and is there a substitute out there?

Thanks!

In the US, castor sugar is WAYYYY finer than superfine. If you can't find superfine (Imperial is the brand I buy in Texas), you can whirl your sugar around in the food processor for a few seconds.
