Hi everyone! We promised to make a small decorative cake for a friend's surprise party. Well, they just told us they now need a 3-4 tier vanilla take and want a basic filling (no chocolate), anyone have a ggod filling to go with a vanilla cake (oh no berries or anything) - they want plain. Help...

How about vanilla pudding or almond flavored buttercream or maybe marshmallow filling.

Too bad they don't like chocolate. Chocolate Nutella Filling is soooo yummy in a vanilla cake. You could try a boston cream maybe. Or lemon curd - mmmm. What about a white chocolate ganache or I also have a recipe for an almond amaretto mousse. Hopefully this helps.
