I had a client contact me about coming for a cake consultaion. Her and her friend. I explained how I do my consultations. We will talk about the design, I will make a few differnt cake and filling combos and they take them home with them to share with friends and family. Now I get an email that there are 8 yes, 8 people coming. I work out of my home, my kitchen table sits only 4 people and thats even tight. Do I limit to consultation to a certain amount?
I am shocked that someone one even think they can bring 8 people
what do I do?

Tell them no way! Why the heck do 8 people need to come? Two people need to give you their opinion. The bride and groom! Gah! I take 3 people tops, and no way anymore than that. Remind them that they can take home some for the other freeloa...I mean tasters.
