I've just made Merissa's Raspberry Filling (www.cakecentral.com/cake_recipe-2503-Raspberry-Filling.html) - delicious! Now I'm wondering if anyone has tried freezing a batch of this filling or tried freezing a cake with the raspberry filling? Does it lose anything in the thawing?
