Hi

I made a chocolate cake today, which I need for a course I'm doing on Saturday. The recipe just says that you can freeze it for up to 3 months. Is it worth me freezing it for a few days or shall I just leave it in the fridge? Also, how do I freeze it? Is it like any other cake, i.e. cling film and foil?

Thanks for your help. thumbs_up.gif

Hi, I wouldn't freeze it for few days. But when I do freeze cakes, I wrap with cling film, foil and then put it in a freezer bag too. icon_smile.gif

Thanks Bashini

Do I need to cover it with anything whilst in the fridge?

If you are going to put it in the fridge, I would use clingfilm and put it in a freezer bag. icon_smile.gif
