What specifically do you want to know? The cake in my avatar is a chocolate wrap.
I used freezer paper. I cut it to the length I needed, and folded it into thirds longways. I decided how tall the wrap layer needed to be and marked that. Then I spread the warm chocolate, making it curvy at the top. I let it set a few minutes so it wasn't totally runny, then wrapped it around the iced cake. Into the fridge it went. When it was set, I took it out, took off the paper and started on the next layer. The next layer should be shorter.
Anything else? They're pretty easy to do, just messy! I had chocolate everywhere!
