Hi. I have questions. I am going to make michele foster fondant recipe it calls for a 1/2 c. cream . Can I use milk(2%) or can milk ? and what do you thank of marshmellow fluff fondant?Have anyone tried it?and liked it.

The cream is just the flavoring I like to use for the fondant. As long as it us liquid, not liquor, or poisonous icon_wink.gif then it will make great fondant. I guess the liquid should taste good with sugar too. icon_smile.gif

i just made mff fondant , monday, for the first time. it taste absolutely delicious.. i used heavy whipping cream.. the directions were easy to follow,etc. and i am happy with it. will use it friday on a cake..
