i made this recipe and i was wondering if i could leave it out over night or if i should put it in the fridge...i covered the cake with it but too tired to cover it in fondont right now...should i put it in the frig for the night or can i leave it out on the counter?

well, since it has butter and cream in it, I would not leave it out. I always keep my cakes in the fridge before I cover them with fondant anyway. That's just my opinion though.

I agree with Suebuddy...the cream and butter makes it a need to be refrigerated.
