I need the directions for making cigarellos to decorate a cake. Not chocolate cigarellos though.

Me too...only seen chocolate ones. I've seen white chocolate that has been colored but still chocolate ya know.

if you don't mean chocolate, you may be talking about cookies. Not positive of the spelling, but I think they are pirouette cookies, come in a canister container from the grocery store. Hope this helps...
