One tier of this cake will be carrot cake, and the other two would also be delicious w/ cream cheese frosting. The issue is that there isn't anywhere for the cake to be refrigerated after delivery, and the cake will need to be left out overnight. The icing I use has cream cheese and butter, plus all that sugar, and it is fairly stable. I'm thinking that it will be ok. What do you think?

frankly, I put cheesecake flavoring in my regular bc and tell the customers that what they get. I wave the food safety flag in front of them and they fold every time.
I would definitely not leave cream cheese frosting out overnight.
