I have a bridal tasting tonight and made a recipe of WASC, but after I took it out of the oven, I realized I forgot to add any oil (not even a drop). I made extra, so I tasted one layer and it tastes fine, not dry to me. What do you think? Do I need to re-bake it for a tasting? Grrrrr.... icon_cry.gif

Why fix what isn't broken? If it tastes fine, then cover it/ice it so it doesn't dry out, thank your lucky stars and keep going.

In the orginal WASC recipe from kakeladi, it does not have any oil in it. This is the recipe I use all the time. I love that there is no oil.
