I just finished Wilton course 3, and I have a 6" & 10" fondant covered cake that I don't have anything to do with until Tuesday (besides eat them myself!). I really don't want to throw them away, but I don't want to give my friends stale cake either! Does anyone have any suggestions on how to store them? If they were buttercream, I'd just freeze them, but I'm unsure about fondant.
You can freeze your cake no problem...just defrost it in the fridge as your fondant will SWEAT ....don't be worried...it will dry up!
