I made the vanilla cakes I will be using for a cake I'm making for my dad, I was gong to use chocolate buttercream in between the layers but just found out he "can't" eat anything chocolate anymore.
what is a good filling for a vanilla cake that is not too labor intensive. I was thinking maybe I'd whip some cream up and fill it with that and strawberries but does whipped cream hold up under pressure?

Why not just fill it with regular BC? I don't know about your BC, but mine tastes so good, i hate to use anything else...
