I have batter from a cake (cakemix extender recipe) that has been in the fridge since yesterday. Will it bake up fine today after being in there all night??
I have heard that you should not use it but can not remember why. I think Jan had made a posting as to why not to use it and she is very knowledgeable about things like that. I would throw it out.
why not? you can re-use leftover pancake batter. It may bake up thinner, howefver.
I baked 2 cakes yesterday using leftover batter that was in my refrigerator for 6 days. They baked up just fine.
