I have been asked to do a 2 tier cake with the damask design on the side, I think I am going to use a stencil. Should I do the stencil in RI or BC? And is a stencil the best way to go?

I think that using fondant damask cut outs might be easier to use, but stenciled buttercream or royal icing is very pretty too icon_smile.gif
