I have been asked to do a 2 tier cake with the damask design on the side, I think I am going to use a stencil. Should I do the stencil in RI or BC? And is a stencil the best way to go?
I think that using fondant damask cut outs might be easier to use, but stenciled buttercream or royal icing is very pretty too
The pink and black grad cake in my pics was done with a stencil and royal icing.the stencil I got had a recipe for the royal in it. I ordered them from designerstencils.com. hope this helps
