I could have sworn that I saw a thread lately all about ganache. How to make it, good recipes, how to do it, etc. I can't find it! I really want to try it under fondant for a cake I'm doing Saturday. I've heard this works better than buttercream? So if someone has the link, or some tips, that would be awesome! Thanks.
