I am making a 7 tier cake and need some idea as to how much filling each tier needs. I thought a few years ago I saw something about it , But now i cant seem to find anything.....
Anyway, it is 6" up to 18" and I will be making some of the fillings from strawberry and some lemon curd.....
So any Idea on where to find the info or anyone have any input????
I have never made a cake this big and NEED to be prepared.

I think someone told me there is a filling chart in The Cake Bible. But I don't have a copy of it.

I was hoping to find a guide for filling square cakes. I guess I could just use a little bit more than what it takes to fill the rounds. Thanks for the help!

Interesting. I did my first filling cakes this weekend with no problem. I did a practice cake last night (9" round two layer) and my top layer kept wanting to slide off to one side. I think I had too much filling. To remedy this I added some dowels to the cake to hold it in place an proceeded with the process.
