Who ever invented this stuff is a genius and my hero! Up until yesterday I was wrapping varying amounts of fondant I had colored and wanted to store to use later, in regular plastic wrap, then into baggies - what a waste of time, energy and baggies! That press and seal stuff is perfect and seals around the blobs of fondant I'm saving and lets you get all the air out.

I love this stuff too. It's great for wrapping cakes and freezing. So much easier than cling wrap or aluminum foil.
