Hi CC'ers,

I will be going to the wholesale club to stock up on some supplies. I need to know what brand of marshmallows is best to use. I know BJ's carry a lot of Berkley and Jensen product and they do make marsmallows.

Just wondering if the brand would make a difference in the making of Fondant.

i have used all name brands and even the cheapo's at ALDI's and have never had any problems.
