Hi Everyone, I'm brand new to the site and forum, but have been doing cake dabbling for quite a while now. I need some help for a cake I'm making this saturday.
I'll be making my second BCT (I made a trial run this weekend) and I was wondering if I could put it on top of a cake I've decorated with Bettercreame?
Can I make the BCT using bettercreame as well?

I would think you could put it on top of a bettercreme frosted cake, but I don't think making the transfer with bettercreme would work so well. Bettercreme, in my freezer, doesnt freeze hard like buttercream will. I would think it would be hard to remove. Also, in my experience, bettercreme doesn't take color well.
