Hi,

Somebody now how to calculate the second tier of a topsy turvy cake?
So the angle is right and the top of the cake is straight.
Have such tool for this?

I just eyeball it, the angle is actually the same for all tiers of the topsy turvy but since the tiers get smaller the angle looks more pronounced, it's just an optical illusion.
I carve the bottom tier first and use that as a guide for the other tiers.
I guess you could use a protractor to make sure the angle is correct but I don't know i it would give you an accurate read.
