I want to use RKT to mold legs for an R2D2 cake. There are hard RKT with less marshmallows or softer denser ones with more. What do you recommend for a ratio of marshmallow to rice krispies for the purpose of molding and covering with fondant?
I once made RKT with Superstore Noname marshmallows. This is a Canadian store but I'm sure in the US or other countries you have something similar, they handle groceries cheaper than the average store. Probably any cheap marshmallow is the same. Anyway...they were so hard we couldn't eat them. Haven't bought anything else but Kraft since for RKT. I'm sure these would work, try a small batch and see. I think I will too.
