Can I marble flavors for a 3d cake like something made in the lamb pan - or do you think the two flavors wouldn't "hold" together..... it seems like they should, but I thought I should ask before I start.... I'll be using cake mixes and the durable cake recipe (pudding, sour cream, etc).

I did a carved cake (the baby phat purse in my pics) with marble. What I did was use the marble mix and used it in the WASC recipe minus the almond. It held together great. I make sure to put my vanilla in and then drop chocolate by spoon fulls. I then make sure to take my knife and marble it very very well to hold it together well.
