I'm a newbie to the cake world and just found CC this week. I like it already, and love the warning on the side! I'm a hobbyist who makes cakes for friends when asked (reimbursement) and am interested in taking my baking up a level!
I've already learned bunches the past few days looking around on here! I can't even begin to compare my cakes to many of those seen here! I feel so inadequate! (hehe) I can only dream of becoming as good as you all!

Welcome to CC Beth. I began doing cakes due to this site! It was soooo inspiring. I knew how to do NOTHING. Everything I have learned has been from the WONDERFUL people here on CC. You will love it. Don't be afraid to ask anything. If you don't know how will you learn without asking?
I have to say though. You're cakes are very good. You definilty have a talent!
Welcome to CC! I am new at cake decorating also. They do have wonder cakes posted on here, the people are always willing to help you when they can they answer your questions and their experience is priceless. However, please take note...the warning on the side is very accurate...THIS SITE IS ADDICTIVE. I personally am addicted to the forums because they are so full of useful information.
