Does anyone have their business name printed on their cake boxes? If so, where and how much? Or should I just order stickers/labels?

I know that you can get your logo printed on the boxes at Nashville Wraps. I haven't done it or anything. I've just seen it in their catalog.

I wouldn't go through the trouble. You'd be better off putting money into really nice stickers and/or ribbons. A nice ribbon sealed with an elegant sticker looks great.
