I have an order for a graduation party for 4 HS grads and lots of their friends. I would like to make a 3 tiered round or oval cake but not sure what sizes they need to be to feed that many. Problem is - I won't be there to cut it - and if the teens get a hold of it - who knows how big the pieces could get.

TIA!

Here is a link to a serving chart. I like to include a cutting and serving guide when I make cakes for people, so they know how to correctly cut it to get the required number of servings, and not cut 5" slabs of cake for everyone, lol.

once you deliver that cake it is not your problem about how large they cut the pieces. i have been known to leave diagrams for cutting with the cake.

last summer the grad cake i did would have seved 104, i guess they ran out of cake and had to go buy a walmart cake...the server was cutthing 4x4 inch pieces, was not my problem.
