I just received a call wanting to come in next week and order petit fours. I have only made them for family events. How much do you charge and how many per person? ANY and ALL advise would be appreciated.
I think it depends on how big you make them. I for one don't make them anymore because they are so time consuming. If you put alot of time into them, you need to make sure you charge for al your time! Good luck!
I charge $25 per dozen, with a 2 dozen minimum. They are very labor intensive.
