My pan instructions say 14 cups batter at 325 degrees for 40-45 min.
I missed it said 19 and not 9...oops
The standard 12x18 pan takes 3 mixes.
I'm 5300 feet elevation, and my 2" 12x18 takes 2 regular cake mixes and my 3" will take 3. If I put 3 in my 2" like Deb does, I would be cleaning the oven bottom of scorched overflow!!!
I just did one this afternoon, with 2 cake mixes, @ 325, and it took about 30 min. I thought it would take longer! I used the 2 in. pan, but I also put 2 flower nails in it
I made 9x13 WASC made 2 layers at 6cups each and it took 70min at 325. I thought it was necer gonna be done.
