Commercial Sized Cheesecake

Got a request for an Oreo Cheesecake with a Cubs Emblem on top as a groom's cake in October. Anyone ever use a 16" commercial cheesecake pan to bake? I'm thinking, of course, it would take a little longer to bake. many single recipes would I use for this size pan. Anyone know?

I'm jumping on the bandwagon...sorry...I need a 9x13 cheesecake. Any tips would be appreciated.

Now for the OP, the 16" round is 4 times as large (volume wise/surface area wise) than an 8" round so I'd think that you'd have to do 4 times the batter...just my thoughts

ETA: I love your name is Beth and my SN (or handle as DH calls it) is usually Bethala...don't know why I didn't choose that for here. Anyhow...
