I have white dragees that I'd like to dust with pearl dust. What's the best way to get the dust to stick? The dragees are 4mm.

I'm kind of confused... aren't the dragees already "pearlized"? I've never seen any white dragees that don't have a pearl sheen to them.

I don't know about white dragees. But when I make fondant or gumpaste pearls, I put them in a small round tupperware container that has rounded edges. I pour a little pearl dust in (you don't need much) then I just gently move/swirl the container around so the pearls roll around and coat themselves in the dust.

I don't know for sure what you're talking about, but I would put a few of them in a container and add whatever dust you're going to use, close the lid tightly and shake it up. That should work. I have accidentally dropped an open container of pearl dust, and trust sticks to EVERYTHING!! lol.
