Im making a 3 teired cake for a baptism and it need to feed 80. Im trying to figure our what pan sizes to use because every site I look on has a different number of servings per each round size. I was thinking either 12", 9", 6" or 10", 8", 6".
Anybody know more exact serving sizes from experience? Thanks!!
That's one of those numbers that you can't get even. the 6,8,10 will give you 74 and 12,9,6 will give you just about 100 servs. according to wiltons' chart using 2" pans. Talk to the customer and see what they want.
I make 12'9'6' for 80 people
