I read on a post that some of you have renovated your basement for your cake business. Ive thought of doing that too. I have a very large basement that opens out to my garage and the garage opens on to the driveway, so I could have a separate entrance. Anyone that uses their basement, what did you do to make this work? Did you add a commercial oven?
I would like to know too. My basement is 1650 sq ft and has a seperate bathroom and 2 rooms other than the large area. I think this would be a perfect place for a bakery and I have several entrances into it. But I don't know about what is best to have down there so I would LOVE to know what others have done.
