I would like to make a Road of Life cake with a cheesecake as the top tier. Since you can't stack cheesecakes, I think I can use it for just the top but, I want to cover it and decorate it in fondant. has anyone done this, or do you know if it will work??

I haven't done it bbut I've seen it advertised. I don't see why it wouldn't work, just make sure you keep it refrigerated.
