Does anyone know how much in advance you can make the oreos dipped in chocolate coating? I usually only do them a day in advance but I've got a time crunch coming up and was wondering. Thanks!

I had an order a while back for several hundred....I did them 2 days in advance, and packaged them, kept them cool. They were fine. HTH. icon_smile.gif

The chocolate covered Oreos--and the plain ones-- they sell in grocery stores are on the shelves forever. So is the chocolate the Oreos are dipped in. I think they'll be okay for a while if you keep them out of the heat.

Thank you! I don't think I can do all in one day with everything else that is going on!

I make them for christmas 2 weeks ahead of time. They are perfectly fine packaged up ready to go. (Those that aren't packaged, don't even make it through that day due to my "helpers" needing to sample some of the treats.
