Hi

Quick Question.

Can anyone guess the height of these tiers? 7 inches?

Also does anyone know if i can use Rich's Whipped topping (This is another Rich's product - not Bettercreme) under fondant? I am making a sponge cake with strawberries filling and cream frosting. But I need a non-dairy substitute for heavy whipping cream. You can whipping it until its quite firm but it doesn't crust - will this cause the tiers to slide or the fondant to buckle? Should I add to anything to the whipped topping to make it more stable?

Thanks thumbs_up.gif

can't help you on the whipped topping - never used it but my gut reaction would be not to use it... they look like standard 4" tall tiers to me... icon_surprised.gif)
