Hi everyone, I have a Dora cake due for a friends 2 year old daughter tomorrow and just took the cake out of the freezer. I was wondering can I carve, torte, add filling and crumbcoat the cake while it is still frozen or should I wait until the cake thaws and if I can while frozen, when is the best time to cover with fondant? Any tips would be greatly appreciated
