I love the taste of SMBC as a filling for chocolate cake. My daughter wants a cookies and cream filling. Do you think that I could just crush up some Oreos and fold them into the SMBC? Would this taste good?

yes it does! I have been using it for about a month and it became my best seller
I crush the cookies without the cream... icon_biggrin.gif

i would think the cookies and cream recipe with the whip cream.. would taste even more delicious with your smbc.. i make the cookies and cream recipe and i love the taste of smbc also.. so i can just taste the two together..yummy!!!

I made a cake with this filling a couple of weeks ago. It was delicious and got rave reviews.

Thanks to everyone for your input. Ivy2958: did you crush the cookies without the cream as suggested, or did you just crush them as they are and add them to the SMBC? Thanks!

I crushed up the cookies, as is, cream and all, and just mixed them into the SMBC after it had been made. I didn't measure. Just did it to taste.
