Strawberry picking starts this weekend in my area and we plan on buying a lot. Other than freezer jam, Italian ice, strawbery lemonade, and strawberry bread, do you have any other good ideas/recipes?

Thanks so much!

I make strawberry tarts, strawberry pies, strawberry shortcake, strawberry mousse, strawberry salad with bacon vinegarette, strawberry jello salad, strawberry cake filling and freeze, homemade strawberry popsicles, homemade strawberry ice cream, strawberry champagne.

If you get the baby strawberries or you can cut up large ones, I freeze them in ice cubes for strawberry lemonaide.

Ummm, thats all I can think of, but I got 3 flats of strawberries at the festival this year.

Have fun! Our strawberry season has been over for a couple of weeks now. I made 29 jars of jam and froze the rest......1/2 in puree and 1/2 in small slices. I will use them for baking projects later.
