Hi guys- I'm looking for advice for the transport/delivery of a wedding cake I have coming up on July 4th. The cake is a square 3 tier, 6,9,12, and will have a chocolate wrap. What I'm concerned about is the fact that it's July, humid and warm. How would you suggest keeping that chocolate wrap happy for the 45 min drive? I'm planning on AC full blast, and keeping sun off it. Anyone have anything else??

Yah, AC on full blast is your best bet unless you can get some sort of very large cooler with a few blocks of dry ice or something. Good luck with it, I know that's stressful!

Thanks Mel- I was kinda thinking of the cooler of ice thing if it's an absolutely dreadful weather day. I'm probably the only one in the world hoping for a cool, dry 4th... well, actually while I'm putting in my "weather order" I'll take that whole weekend that way!
