I baked a cake yesterday that I will deliver tomorrow night. Today I had planned on crumb coating, letting it sit in the fridge for a while, then frosting and adding the MMF flowers. Then I thought, will the flowers dry out too much if I do that? Then I thought I could just frost and add the decorations tomorrow...but then I am worried they wouldnt stick well bc by then the frosting will have crusted. I dont have to deliver until 7pm tomorrow night. Should I just fill and crumb coat today and wait to frost and decorate tomorrow? Or do you think it would be ok in the fridge overnight with the MMF decorations on it?

Yes - this is what i would do - especially if time permits...
That way your filling has time to settle - and by placing it back in the fridge the cake can firm up a bit - which makes it better for handling whilst decorating.
