How far in advance can you make and ice Sugar Cookies? If I make them this weekend and seal them for a party on the 27th will they still be fresh?

Thanks in advance..

If you're going to do that, freeze them. We did that for the cookies we made for my aunt's wedding, and they tasted wonderful and fresh and all.

That seems a little long, to me. I would bake the cookies, freeze them all wrapped up and in tupperware, then thaw and frost closer to the date.icon_smile.gif
