I just came across a site that has a flower and it's encapsulated with jello. Have any of you seen this and can someone share the recipe and technique? Thanks!!

the flowers are also made with gelatin. I haven't actually make them, but I know that you have to tint clear gelatin, then make a sort of indentation with a spoon or a knife a spatula or some other tool like those (depending on the type of effect that you want to achive) and then fill the space that you just made using a syringe. Or, if you want just a tiny line of color use directly the syringe into the jello. When you are done making the flowers you can add a layer of color gelatin. I think this is just to make the flower colors contrast more and look more defined.
