for those of you that have done a tennis shoe, did you cover it in one piece of fondant and then paint on the pieces or add layers of fondant to get the section look. You know how tennis shoes have a multitude of sections sometimes in a couple of colours. i have a pair to do next week and am trying to figure out the best way to do it. any tips on getting the toe part to look lifted up like a real pair? many thanks!

Hi, I haven't made any shoes from cake. But I saw this on YouTube. Thought it might help you in anyway,
