I have a wedding cake due Saturday, I'm setting the cake up at 1pm but the reception does'nt start until 3pm so I figure the cake will be out for at least 4 hrs if they cut it at 5pm.
Will it be ok or do I need to find out if the venue can refridgerate it for me? It's 4 tiers and I don't want anyone else moving it before the reception starts.
It will be cold when I set I up and it's covered in fondant if that matters.

I used the recipe in designmeacake.com and I've left it unrefrigerated for 24 hours. It was fine.

Make sure it isn't too hot at the venue.
