Just made a doctored cake but the middle sunk I love the flavor so I'd like to tweek the recipe. Here is what I did:
1 box white cake mix
1 box white choc. instant pudding
2 T of veg oil
1 1/3 cup of hazelnut coffee creamer
4 egg whites
Baked at 350 degrees
What went wrong? HELP!
this just happened to me with the WASC.. my son decided to peek in the oven.. temperature dropped. down it went.
Did it sink while in the oven or after you took it out? If it sinks after it comes out of the oven chances are the center is not done.
The creamer could have had something to do with it too.
nope this happened in the oven. I think something must be weird in the recipe....
