Hi Everyone, I posted this on the cupcake board, but didn't know if anyone here might have an idea.

I just made some cupcakes with a version of the WASC recipe and added some white chocolate chips today. They are very tastey, but also very sweet. I am wondering what anyone would suggest for frosting them. I would like to try something that will not increase the sweetness to much and I would go with a cream cheese frosting, but my husband hates anything cream cheese. Also please note that I am in Canada so do not have easy access to things like Bettercreme etc.

Thanks a million!!!

You could do an Italian Meringue BC. I don't think it's sweet at all compared to American BC. Kind of a pain to make just for cupcakes, but it's so YUMMY!
