I have a request for a twilight cake from my stepdaughter and she wants the flower from the new moon books on her cake.... i have no idea how to go about making it or even finding a fake one .... i think it is a ruffled tulip here is a picture of it if that helps anyone......

I would bet if you snipped some jagged edges and frilled the tulip petals really good, it would come out looking similar to that. Then paint the red on. It would look interesting!!

I agree..either a tulip or a feather mold will do,,and obviusly breaking the edges a bit like a carnation.
